I am a MUSE. I use my creativity to unlock the creativity of others. I am a teacher and guide. I run an email self mastery coaching service called The Daily MUSE - which offers daily teaching and personalised emails speaking directly to my clients process. I also create self mastery and self discovery products and processes.

My journey has been a roller coaster:  I started out as an actor and dancer - but found something was missing deep in my soul; went into teaching performance and then realised that I wasn't teaching people how to act but how to stop acting in their daily lives.  “Non-acting” has become a central theme of the ego-release work I do. I then began a video production company but was frustrated by having to bend my creativity to the needs of a client.  Since then I have been helping others to find peace and direction in the world. 

I have created a variety of tools to facilitate this process. At first I tried to do it my own way, but in time I discovered that there is only one way. It lies beneath the skin of all major religions and spirituals traditions like a deep river of grace.


My central philosophy is: “Your ego is your greatest limitation - get out of your own way.”
